In order to insure that the information compiled within the Small Business Library is relevant, current, and useful to our visitors, we have set these guidelines for those who wishes to contribute.

SBL is a trusted site that our visitors rely on because our contributors and editors are professional, knowledgeable, and are a responsible resource to find the right answers. In other words, it is the credibility of the contributors that makes the SBL a go to site for small business answers.

Contributor requirements are:

• A working or retired librarian
• A graduate level student registered in a Library and Information Science (LIS) program
• A SCORE volunteer, or, volunteers from similar organization
• A small business consultant or coach

If you would like to contribute to the SBL and your qualifications are other than those listed, please email us why you should be eligible.

One of the goals for the SBL is to not only be a reliable resource for small business owners, but also for professionals in the library and information industry.
